Admission

For admission to classes Playgroup to XI, interaction with parents and the Principal will be held in the month of November/January. The age of the child for admission to Nursery should be 3 years by 31st March of the following academic year.

Scheme Of Education

The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education under the 10+2 scheme of education. It prepares students for the All India Secondary School (Class X) and the All India Senior School Certificate (Class XII) Examinations.

Attendance

Students must be present in the school at least 10 minutes prior to the bell.
It is compulsory for all students to attend the Sanctuary in the morning.
It is obligatory for the students to attend every class as per the time table.
Any student falling short of 60% attendance will not be promoted at the end of the academic year. Parents are requested to verify the attendance of their ward regularly, especially during the parent-teacher meetings.

Leave Of Absence

A leave application duly signed by the parent or guardian should be sent preferably on the day of absence. If not, then definitely through the child on the following day.
For up to 2 days of leave, the parent needs to send a note in the Almanac and in case of more than 2 days; a leave application or an email has to be sent to the Principal with a medical certificate, where necessary.
No child shall leave the school premises during regular school hours. Half a day leave will not be allowed. No permissions will be granted via telephonic calls. Appointments with doctors and other engagements should not be fixed during school hours.
Students suffering from any infectious disease must complete a quarantine period of 15 days before re-joining the school. This should be indicated on the medical certificate.

School Fees

• Fees will be collected by any branch of Axis Bank in Hyderabad and Secunderabad on the dates notified. It can also be paid online through the school website – parent.neverskip.com

• The students will be issued a challan with 3 copies. These should be duly filled in and the money deposited in any of the given branches, within the specified period. If you are late in the payment of fees, the same should then be deposited with the late fee in the school premises only by a Demand Draft in favour of ‘Sadhu Vaswani International School’.

• Parents are requested to pay the school fees within the specified period for each quarter as mentioned below –

1st Term March 25th Feb – 10th Mar 2022
2nd Term July 1st – 15th July 2022
3rd Term November 1st – 15th Nov 2022

• After the due date, i.e., the 16th of the first month of the due date period, fees may be deposited with a fine of Rs. 10/- per day up to the date of fee payment.

• NON DEPOSIT OF FEES AFTER THE DUE DATE WILL FORCE THE SCHOOL AUTHORITIES TO NOT PERMIT THE CHILD TO APPEAR FOR THE EXAMS AND TO STRIKE OFF THE NAME OF THE STUDENT FROM THE ROLL WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.

• Fee slip, if lost, will be replaced only on payment of Rs. 100/- per slip.

• Fees once deposited will not be refunded in any case.

Withdrawals

In case of a withdrawal during mid-session from school, a written notice must be given, one calendar month in advance; otherwise the fee for month in lieu of the notice period will be charged.
For withdrawal of a child at the end of the academic year, the application should reach the office by 31st of January of the same year or the tuition fees for the number of days attended will be charged. No transfer certificates will be issued until all school dues are cleared.
A fee of Rs. 200/- will be charged for the issue of a duplicate copy of the Transfer Certificate after the parent submits an affidavit about the loss of the original certificate.
NOTE – The School Authorities reserve the right to cancel the admission of the student on any of the following grounds –
1. Non- Payment of Fees
2. Disciplinary Grounds
