Foundation Day
The landmark Foundation Day and Teachers Felicitation Ceremony of Sadhu Vaswani International School, Kompally was celebrated with great joy and devotion on June 4th. The event began auspiciously with a prayer and traditional lamp lighting by Our Chairman – Dr. Harish Mirchandani, Joint Secretary – Mr. Tarun Bahirwani, Principal – Ms. G. Arpitha, and school incharges, followed by an inspiring welcome address and a special video showcasing SVIS’s inspiring journey rooted in values and the teachings of the Mira Movement and Guru Dada J.P. Vaswani. Soulful Bhajans by the Music Department added a spiritual touch to the celebration.

A Financial Management and Investment Awareness Workshop was conducted for the staff of our school on 5th June 2026. The session, led by Mr. Gautam Bahirwani and his team, provided valuable insights into effective financial planning, wealth creation, and informed investment decisions.The workshop focused on Mutual Funds, SIPs, and SWPs, highlighting the importance of disciplined investing, financial goals, diversification, risk assessment, and the power of compounding.

Students were challenged to argue a position and switch sides at the buzzer, demonstrating quick thinking, sharp logic, and confident delivery while exploring real-world sustainable development challenges. On June 17th, Sadhu Vaswani International School witnessed ” Speaker’s Shadow – Resonance & Role Competition”, a spectacular showcase of eloquence and intellect!
Our brilliant young orators from Grades 9 and 10 took center stage, transforming complex thoughts into powerful, captivating narratives. The competition was a true testament to their critical thinking, confidence, and poise as they explored deep themes of perspective, nuance, and expression.
On June 17th, Sadhu Vaswani International School witnessed ” Speaker’s Shadow – Resonance & Role Competition”, a spectacular showcase of eloquence and intellect!

Rani Laxmi bai House conducted a special assembly to celebrate International Yoga Day and World Music Day. The program began with a prayer and thought for the day, followed by speeches highlighting the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being.
Students showcased graceful yoga asanas, a vibrant yoga dance, a meaningful Hindi skit, and a Hindi speech emphasizing the value of yoga in daily life.

Red Colour Day
Red Colour Day was celebrated with great excitement and enthusiasm by our Pre-Primary students. The classrooms came alive with vibrant shades of red as the children arrived dressed in red attire and brought along red-coloured objects, toys, and fruits.
The celebration featured a variety of fun-filled and interactive activities, including sorting red objects, colouring, storytelling, and tasting delicious red fruits such as Apples, Watermelon, and Cherries.

Artificial Intelligence Workshop for Teachers
A workshop on Enhancing Computer Skills and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Education was conducted for teachers from Pre-Primary to Grade 8 on 12th and 13th June 2026. The session focused on strengthening digital competencies and introducing innovative tools to enhance classroom teaching and learning.
Teachers received hands-on training in AI-powered and educational technology tools such as Gemini Storybook, Gamma, Padlet, and Canva, enabling them to create engaging learning resources and interactive classroom experiences.

Sadhu Vaswani International School held a special assembly on Muharram on 25th June themed “The Light of Karbala – Stand for Truth” to reflect on truth, courage, sacrifice, compassion and unity. The program opened with a Thought for the Day about standing for justice, followed by student explanations of Muharram’s message.

Our Grades 7 & 8 students showcased their creativity and thoughtful expression in the Picture Essay Writing Competition based on the theme “Compassion.” Through a wonderful blend of illustrations and written reflections, they conveyed powerful messages of kindness, empathy, and humanity.
The competition provided a meaningful platform for students to reflect on the importance of compassion and express their ideas with imagination and purpose.

Little Voices – Big Visions: Forgive & Shine
The Mini TED Talk Competition on the theme “Little Voices – Big Visions: Forgive & Shine” was conducted for Grades I and II. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation as young learners confidently expressed their thoughts on the importance of forgiveness, kindness, and compassion through inspiring speeches.
Participants were evaluated on their content, creativity, presentation, confidence, and language skills. The competition provided an excellent platform for students to develop their public speaking abilities while promoting essential life values.
