Felicitation Ceremony 2025
The school celebrated its Foundation Day with great enthusiasm and pride on June 4, 2025. The event was marked by memorable activities, beginning with prayer, bhajans, and a video highlighting the institution’s inauguration at the blessed hands of our revered Guru Dada J P Vaswani.

Eid al-Adha
A crisp and informative assembly was showcased by Rabindranath Tagore House to mark Bakrid, also known as Eid al-Adha, a significant Islamic festival that commemorates Prophet Ibrahim’s devotion to God.
With prayer, thought, speech and an informative video, the special assembly marked the celebration of faith, gratitude, and giving, reminding people of the importance of kindness, sharing blessings, and walking the path of truth .
My Learning Train – Teachers’ Workshop

SVIS Hyderabad had the pleasure of hosting Ms. Sonia Relia for an engaging session on achieving NFC-FS curricular goals and competencies on 6th June 2025 in the school premises.
Ms. Relia shared valuable insights on designing activities that assess all 5 domains, making learning a fun and holistic experience for our young learners.
LSRW – Teachers’ Workshop
An enriching workshop was conducted on 6th June 2025 by Ms. Bhavana Sancheti, focusing on two essential aspects of effective teaching: LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) skills and classroom management strategies.

Art of Living – Teachers’ Workshop
The Art of Living workshop organized exclusively for the staff was a rejuvenating and transformative experience. Guided by trained professionals, the session introduced us to powerful breathing techniques, especially Sudarshan Kriya, which helped relieve stress and promote inner calm.workshop also offered meaningful life lessons on managing emotions, improving mental well-being, and fostering a positive work environment.

Visual Verses – Blackout Poetry Competition
The students of Grades 9–12 embraced creativity and introspection in a captivating Blackout Poetry competition on the theme “Forgiveness.” With pages of prose turned into powerful poetic expressions, participants reflected deeply on healing and letting go. A beautiful blend of art and emotion filled the event with meaningful silence and literary brilliance.

Yoga Day and World Music Day – special assembly
On the occasion of International Yoga Day and World Music Day, the students of Rani Laxmi Bai House conducted a special morning assembly to highlight the importance of yoga and music in our daily lives.
SBI Scholar Quiz
Quiz-tastic showdown alert! 💡🔥 Our Grade 12 Commerce stars Adrito Ghosh, Auyukth Ramachandran, Tanvee, and Vidhi battled it out at the SBI Scholar Quiz 2025, Hyderabad City Round! Their financial smarts and quick thinking made us proud!.

International Yoga Day
On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the students of Grades 6-12 conducted yoga sessions during the assembly time under the guidance of the school PE and yoga instructors.

Father’s Day Celebration
To celebrate the love, strength, and care of our superheroes at home, our Pre-Primary children created heartfelt greetings and thoughtful takeaways for their dads this Father’s Day..
Clay Modeling Activity
Our little artists rolled, pinched, and shaped their imagination during the Clay Modeling Activity, turning soft lumps of clay into wonderful creations! This hands-on activity helped develop fine motor skills, creativity, and hand-eye coordination as children explored the texture and flexibility of clay. From fruits and animals to simple shapes and everyday objects, the young minds gave life to their ideas — one squish at a time!
The joy on their faces and the pride in their masterpieces made it a truly delightful and enriching experience.
Solve for tomorrow – Workshop for students
A huge shoutout to our talented students of Grades 10 and 12 for an incredible session with Vikas Sir from ThinkStartup as part of the Samsung Solve for Tomorrow 2025 initiative! The Design Thinking Workshop was a huge success, empowering our students to develop problem statements and design innovative prototypes.
Show and Tell Activity
To nurture confidence, creativity, and communication skills among our little learners, a Show and Tell Activity was conducted for our Pre-Primary students.
This fun-filled activity gave children a chance to bring their favourite object or toy from home and speak a few lines about it. It encouraged them to express their thoughts, build vocabulary, and overcome stage fear in a supportive and joyful environment.
Red Colour Day
Red Colour Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm by our Pre-Primary children. The classrooms looked vibrant as children came dressed in various shades of red, bringing along red-coloured objects, toys, and fruits.
