Counselling Session – Exam Stress
‘Worry is like a rocking chair, it keeps you occupied, but leads you nowhere!’ -Dada J P Vaswani. What a wonderful quote! A group counselling session conducted by Ms. Manju Bhagtani for students of grades 9 & 10, sounded incredibly beneficial for students facing exam stress. It’s essential for students to learn effective coping mechanisms and prioritize their overall well-being during this critical period.
